Ramachandran Nair, J. This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of Ms.Nafeena Sathar. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the detenue is personally present before this Court along with her parents. We have interacted with the petitioner as well as the detenue. According to her, she is now studying for a religious course in Kayamkulam and she wants to continue the studies. She was asked whether she is talking on her own will and whether she is under illegal custody of anybody, which she denied. Since she wants to go along with her parents, we allow the same.
In the light of the stand taken by the detenue, no further orders are called for in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed.
