This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Mutation Case No. T- 2017054465041274 "Nitendra Mishra Vs. Brij Raj" pending before the court of respondent no. 2 within a period of two months."
It is stated that a mutation case filed in the year 2017 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
