Petitioner's father died while in service in the year 2005. Petitioner's mother thereafter also passed away on 17.12.2013 while petitioner was a minor. Having attained the age of majority in the year 2019, petitioner has made an application for grant of compassionate appointment alongwith no objection of other family members but since such claim of petitioner has not been attended to, by the authority concerned, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance would be got examined in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment, in accordance with rules, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
