Learned APP Ms.Archana Raval has drawn the attention of the Court that respondent no.3 Vaishali W/o. Niravbhai Jayantibhai Patel is present in the Court and she desires to have legal aid.
In the circumstances, the registry is directed to provide her legal aid on usual terms out the penal of the legal aid advocates.
The matter is adjourned to 29/11/2012. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
