In view of the order dated 26.03.2012 passed in Special Leave to Appeal [Civil] Nos. 34956-34957/2011, though no stay is granted by the Hon'ble Apex Court, Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 on instructions from the advocate on record states that the Hon'ble Apex Court has not granted any stay, but orally stated that the High Court shall not proceed with the matter. In view of the aforesaid statement, the matter is adjourned to 27.04.2012. It is however, clarified that since the Hon'ble Apex Court has not granted any stay, the orders which are in operation including the visiting right during vacation period will remain in operation.
