1. On 16.3.2012, this Court has passed following order :
"Mr.
Mehul Shah, learned Advocate for the applicant has suggested the following Boarding Schools for getting admission by minor Bhagyesh in 9th standard for the Academic year 2012-2013:
Vibgyor High International School ( CBSE Board) - Baroda city Gujarat Public School ( Residential) ( GSEB)- Baroda Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir ( CBSE)- Karjan Swaminarayan Gurukul Vishva Vidya Pratisthan International( ICSE)- Ahmedabad Looking to the names of the Boarding School mentioned hereinabove, Gujarat Public School ( Residential) ( GSEB)- Baroda appears to be suitable for son Bhagyesh who is studying the Gujarat Secondary Education Board so that his academic year may not be lost. However, with the view to enable Mr. Gandhi, learned advocate for the respondent to consider the same and to suggest other names of the Boarding School, matters are adjourned to 28.03.2012. "
2. In view of the requirement for admission of Minor Bhagyesh Nirmal Patel in the school, now he will be admitted in the Gujarat Public School (Residential) ( GSEB)- Vadodara, in which process, respondent Nirmal Amrutlal Patel will cooperate with the applicant. Said exercise shall be done within a period of two weeks from today. If it is not done, it will be open for the applicant to move for appropriate direction before the Vacation Judge.
3. Learned advocate Mr. Gandhi for the respondent states that direction issued by this Court vide order 16.3.2012 is required to be complied so far option of school is concerned.
4. The Registry is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the concerned Boarding school i.e. Gujarat Public School (Residential) BRG Estate, Nr. Kalali-Atladara Railway Crossing, Off Old Padra Road, Atladara, Vadodara. The matter is adjourned to 13.6.2012. Direct service is permitted today.
