Nitaben vs Commissioner

Learned counsel Mr.Manoj Shrimali, appearing with learned senior advocate Mr.Girish Patel, submitted that since so many years they are not in receipt of any instructions from the petitioner and hence they are unable to proceed with the hearing of the matter. Therefore, petition is dismissed and Rule is discharged, with no order as to costs.
