JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Leave to amend and correct Para 3.2 as Shreya Deepakkumar Shah who is shown as minor has now become major.
2. RULE.
Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mr. Nehal R. Joshi, learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent No.3.
3. Considering the issue involved in the present application and with consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, this application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
4. By way of this application, the applicants-original petitioners seek to join respondent Nos.6 and 7 as party respondents to the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.16314 of 2011 as they are interested persons in the outcome of the main writ petition. In addition to this, the applicants - original petitioners have also prayed to add the authority whose order is under challenge i.e. the Special Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeals).
5. In view of the averments made in the application and as there is no objection on behalf of the respondents, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed and Jeet Deepakkumar Shah, since minor through his guardian Deepakkumar Shah as party respondent No.6, Shreya Deepakkumar Shah as party respondent No.7 and the Special Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeals) as party respondent No.8 be added in the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.16314 of 2011.
6. Rule is made absolute in the above terms with no order as to costs.
