Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. Briefly stated, the petitioner, a High School Assistant (English), entered service on 20.06.2005 in a regular vacancy in Girls High School, Ponnani. Though she was retained in the School applying 1:35 teacher-student ratio for the academic year 2013-2014, the petitioner was included in the 'Teachers Bank' in Exhibit P2 Staff Fixation Order. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent, though a junior to her, in the light of the fact that she obtained conversion as HSA (English) later in point of time, was allowed to continue in the School. In that W.P.(c) No. 29749 of 2014 2 context, the petitioner filed Exhibit P6 revision before the second respondent, who is yet to consider it on merits. In the above circumstances, complaining of the non-disposal of Exhibit P6 revision, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider Exhibit P6 revision of the petitioner in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the fifth respondent, as well as to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
