After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate application before the competent authority, in accordance with law.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In the event such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided on merit.
