The very same issue agitated before this Court in W.P.(C) No.20079 of 2014 was dismissed by a judgment dated 11.08.2014. The same has been confirmed in W.A No.1323 of 2014 by a judgment dated 29.10.2014. Hence, following the aforesaid judgments, the writ petition would stand dismissed.
