1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married without their parents' approval.
2. It has been submitted that both the petitioners are major and they have performed marriage against their parents' wishes and their marriage has also been registered on 12.12.2019 under the Uttar Pradesh Marriage Registration Rules 2017.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
