Heard Sri Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4.
It is contended that petitioner is member of general body of institution known as Hanuman Inter College, Padrauna, District Kushinagar, which is a recognized institution under the provisions of U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 and is in the list of grant-in-aid institution of the State.
The College in question is imparting education upto Intermediate. It is stated in the petition that Principal and Manager of institution have got transferred the land of the institution in their name fictitiously.
The petitioner had made a complaint with respondent no.2 on 3.1.2019, which has been brought on record as Annexure 5 to writ petition, which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, respondent no.2 is directed to take a decision on the application of petitioner dated 3.1.2019 in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
