The order of punishment was passed against the petitioner on 04.07.2009. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal which has, partly, been allowed by the impugned order dated 24.05.2010 and the punishment of stopping two years annual increment has been passed. Against the said order, the petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy for filing a revision under Regulation 73 of U.P.S.R.T.C. Employees Service Regulation, 1981.
In view of the alternative remedy available, I am not inclined to interefere in the matter.
The petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. In the event, any revision is filed, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
