JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners intend to challenge the order refusing injunction in I.A. No. 4114/2014 in O.S. No. 793/2014. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Ernakulam to issue certified/carbon copy of the order in I.A. No. 4114/2014. The same shall be issued to the petitioners within a period of ten days.
2. Any structure in the property shall not be demolished for a period of two weeks. No further directions are warranted and the Original Petition is disposed of.
