Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 12th July, 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, the Case Crime Number, as occurring in the second line of the second paragraph of the order dated 12th July, 2019 has wrongly been mentioned as "280 of 2018", whereas the Case Crime Number is "280 of 2019". He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistakes occurring in the order dated 12th July, 2019 be also corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Case Crime Number, as occurring in the second line of the second paragraph of the order dated 12th July, 2019 shall be read as "280 of 2019" in place of "280 of 2018".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 18th July, 2019.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
