Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The challenge herein is to a First Information Report dated 30.04.2021 bearing Case Crime No. 96 of 2021 alleging commission of an offence by the petitioner under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 427, 307 I.P.C., Police State- Ramgaon, District- Bahraich.
On a perusal of the First Information Report impugned herein it can not be said at this stage that no cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners. There is no reason/ground for quashing the First Information Report impugned herein. The petitioner may apply for grant of enlargement on bail as per law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
