In pursuance to the order dated 01.02.2021 an affidavit has been filed by Ms. Vishwa Mohini, learned counsel for the applicant indicating certain reasons. However, Ms. Vishwa Mohini tenders unconditional apology and submits that the said error has been caused on account of Covid-19 pandemic whereby the application could not be perused properly. She prays that the contempt petition be dismissed without any further action being taken for which some cost may be imposed as the precious time of the Court has been wasted.
Considering the aforesaid, the unconditional apology tendered by learned counsel is accepted. The contempt petition is dismissed with Rs.10,000/- as cost to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow within ten days from today.
