1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Sole grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his suit being Case No. T-202005470105713 (Nisar Ahmad Khan Vs. Sakir Ali & Ors.), under Section 116/134 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, for division of holding as also ejectment, is pending before respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Maharajganj.
3. In view of the fact that the suit has been recently instituted, no time bound direction is required to be issued at this stage. However, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that that aforesaid proceedings may be decided, as expeditiously as possible, without allowing any undue or long adjournment to either party.
