Heard learned counsel for the applicants.
This petition alleges disobedience of an order of 19 November 2016. It is relevant to note that the allegation in the writ petition was that the applicants who had applied in a recruitment process initiated in 2013 were not being accorded appointment even though posts were lying vacant. In the entire petition filed before this Court there is no averment that the 2013 recruitment is still continuing.
In view thereof, this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition in contempt which shall stand dismissed.
