This petition seeks quashing of a notification for acquisition of land for the purposes of National Highways Authority of India.
The National Highways Authority of India has not been impleaded as party respondent.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
