This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 110 of 2015, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffarnagar pending in the Court of Family Court, District Muzaffarnagar.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending since 2015.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Family Court, District Muzaffarnagar to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
