Heard Sri Ramesh Chandra Agrahari, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the court below be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 3444 of 2012 (Old No. 7758 of 2003) (Smt. Nirupama Shukla Vs. Sri Rajiv Sanjay Nigam and others) under Section 138 of N.I. ACT, Police Station-Kohana, District-Knapur Nagar.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the present application is finally disposed.
