[1] By way of filing this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :-
"[A] This Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit and allow this petition. The Hon'ble court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, and issue order or direction to the respondent to continue the petitioners as invitee members and give all the rights and benefits which other closed mills invitee members are getting and implement the impugned judgment and order dated 18-08-2009 passed by the learned Industrial Court Ahmedabad.
[B] Pending the admission, hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authority to continue the petitioners as invitee members as per the impugned order dated 18-08-2009 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Ahmedabad.
[C] This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant such other and further relief as may be deemed fit and proper in the interst of justice.
[2] The prayers as prayed for by the petitioners cannot be granted and this Court cannot act as an Executing Court to execute the order passed by the Tribunal.
[3] The petitioners to move appropriate application before the tribunal and request the tribunal to direct the concerned authority to implement the order passed by it. The concerned authority to act in accordance with law.
