JUDGMENT / ORDER

This matter has been adjourned time and again at the request of Mr. Mangukiya, learned advocate for the petitioner. Today Mr Mangukiya has filed leave note. It is clarified that if on the next date Mr. Mangukiya is not in a position to appear before this Court, he shall make alternate arrangement failing which appropriate orders shall be passed.
