Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. The representation was made bringing to the notice to the respondents all the facts and eligibility of the petitioner but the same is not considered without adverting to the real contentions raised in the representation. Counsel has expressed apprehension that other land looser has filed petition being Special Civil Application No. 3681 of 2012, which is coming up on 3.5.2012 i.e tomorrow and submitted that this matter be tagged along with said matter by issuing notice..
In view of this, let there be a notice returnable on 12.06.2012. It is to be noted that as notice in said matter being Special Civil Application No. 3681 of 2012 was made returnable tomorrow i.e 3.5.2012, it would not be appropriate to pass an order of tagging this matter along with said matter while issuing notice.
The GIDC shall bear this in consideration while making submission in respect of that matter, regarding the fact that there is land looser like present petitioner is also awaiting, may not be ignored.
Office is directed to keep copy of this order in Special Civil Application No. 3681 of 2012.
