The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Niroj @ Niroj Rani, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 167 of 2020, under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323, 325, 504 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Greater Noida, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has been implicated for offence under Section 302 IPC. Application is barred by under Section 438(6) Cr.P.C.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
