Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the suit NO. 1143 of 2017 (Computer Case No. T2017023232081143) (Nirmla Devi Vs.
Sanjeev Kumar and others) u/s 34 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pendign Tehsildar, Tehsil- Meja, District- Allahabad/ Prayagraj. "
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of a mutation application filed in July, 2017 which has not been decided till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 3, Tehsildar, Meja, Allahabad/Prayagraj to consider and decide the mutation application expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
