This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings of F.R. Misc. No.531 of 2018, under section 504 I.P.C., 'Nirmala Devi Vs. Bhanu Pratap and others', arising out of Case Crime No.952 of 2017, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Mainpuri, pending in the Court of C.J.M., Mainpuri.

It has been made to appear that there is some application dated 26.11.2018 moved in the Court below but no orders have been passed upon the same and a direction for expeditious disposal of the application has been sought.
Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
In the absence of complete record, this Court is not in a position to know the exact status of the case or the proceedings going on in the matter or the reasons as to why appropriate orders have not been passed upon the same. At any rate this application stands disposed of with the observation that if there is some application dated 26.11.2018 pending before the court below and no appropriate orders have been passed upon the same, the Court below will look into the same and pass appropriate orders as it may deem fit and proper in accordance with law expeditiously.
