JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice returnable on 29.01.2013. By way of ad-interim relief, the impugned award dated 18.12.2012 passed by the Labour Court, Kalol in Reference [LCK] No. 249 of 1994 is stayed qua the directions of continuity and back wages, till then. However, the order of reinstatement is not stayed and, therefore, before the returnable date the respondent workman will be allowed to resume his duties.
