JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate Mr.J.V. Dave. The impugned order shall remain in abeyance on condition of applicant depositing Rs.05,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) with this Court, which will the amount towards arrears pursuant to the impugned order. Out of the said amount of Rs.05,00,000/-, applicant shall deposit Rs.02,00,000/- within one week from today.
On producing receipt showing depositing of amount, Registry shall issue Notice, returnable on 22nd January, 2013. On that day, the applicant shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.03,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only).
Direct service is permitted.
