Learned advocate for the appellant submits that he will not press for reasoned order if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible.
In view of the above, learned City Civil Court, Ahmedabad is hereby directed to dispose of Civil Suit (CCC) No.447 of 2011 along with Regular Civil Suit No.1500 of 2012 as early as possible, preferably within two years from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with law, on its own merits and without being influenced by this order or by the impugned order.
With the above direction, this appeal from order is disposed of. As the appeal from order is disposed of, civil application for stay does not survive and is disposed of accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
