By placing an affidavit-in-reply dated 11.09.2012, the delay is now attributed to the South Gujarat University in processing the pension papers. Attention is also drawn to the Paragraphs 8, 9 and 10 of the affidavit-in-reply and it is submitted that revised and complete pension documents were not placed before consideration of the State Authority.
In view of the above, respondent No.10 shall explain why the interest @ 12% per annum be not paid on outstanding retiral dues including family pension to the petitioner.
No one appears for the respondent University. If no explanation is rendered on or before 21st September, 2012, an order in accordance with law will be passed on that day.
The matter be listed on 21st September, 2012.
