1.0 This Court on 11.01.2012 passed the following order:
"The learned advocate for the appellant/s is directed to take appropriate action qua the unserved respondent/s within a period four weeks from today, failing which the matter will stand dismissed qua the said respondent/s. The matter is adjourned to 13.02.2012. It is, however, observed that if no action is taken qua the said respondent/s, the matters will be placed for further orders.
A copy of present order be placed in each matter."
2.0 Inspite of the aforesaid order, no actions are taken by learned advocate for the appellants. In that view of the matter, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
