Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
It is submitted that due to typing mistake on the part of learned counsel for the applicant incorrect prayer was made in the petition and incorrect description was made and he tenders for his apologies for the same.
In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the description of respondent no. 1 also correct the prayer clause of the petition during the course of the day.
In the second line of the second paragraph and in the third line of the third paragraph of the order dated 16.8.2021 the words "Naib Tehsildar, Ahiraula" be read in place of word "Tehsildar".
The correction application is accordingly allowed.
