Petitioner was employed as ANM, Primary Health Centre, Badgaon, Varanasi. She appears to have attained the age of superannuation on 31.12.2015. Her grievance is that the amount of leave encashment, gratuity, etc., which was payable to her, has not been paid so far. In respect of her grievance, petitioner has also approached the concerned authority on 12.03.2018, but no decision has been taken.
Learned standing counsel submits that petitioner's claim shall be considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, along with certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith all materials in support of her claim. The authority concerned shall take an appropriate decision within a further period of three months thereafter, in accordance with law.
