Heard Sri A.K. Vashistha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent-corporation and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition under article 226 of the constitution, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent no. 3 to stretch a line from the transformer to the borewell and energies the same and in this regard, he submits that the petitioner had deposited the estimated amount as per the demand of the respondent-corporation and yet till date no line has been stretched. He further submits that he has made a representation/application in that regard to the respondent no. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent-corporation Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi submits that the case of the petitioner shall be examined by the competent authority and appropriate action shall be taken strictly in accordance with law within four weeks' from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
