Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel has appeared for respondents no. 1 to 4.
The allegation of the petitioner is that Phool Singh, i.e., respondent no. 5 has forcibly occupied her house and has not vacated it.
If that be so, the remedy of the petitioner is by way of a civil suit and requires no direction from this Court under article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
