Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar(Bhadohi) to decide the Original Suit No.895 of 2016(Shitla Prasad and others vs. Amarnath and others) expeditiously, within a stipulated time period.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the Original Suit is pending since year 2016 and could not be proceeded due to delaying tactics adopted by the respondents and only prayer is to direct the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the same.
Without going into merit of the case, it is appropriate that the above Original Suit be decided expeditiously.
In view of above, the Civil Judge(Junior Division),/Court concerned,Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar(Bhadohi) is directed to decide the Original Suit No.895 of 2016(Shitla Prasad and others vs. Amarnath and others) expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting adjournment unnecessarily to either of the parties, unless there is any legal impediment.
With aforesaid direction, the instant petition is finally disposed of.
