By order dated 18.05.2018 in Matter under Article 227 No. 3540 of 2018 filed by the applicant, this Court while disposing of the petition granted liberty to the applicant to press the application for temporary injunction on the next date with a further liberty that in case there is any urgency, it would be open to him to file an application for urgent consideration of the application for temporary injunction. Apart from granting the aforesaid liberty, the order does not contain any direction to the trial court with regard to the manner in which those applications would be dealt with.
Having regard to the same, this court is of the opinion that there is no question of disobedience of the said order by the Presiding Officer.
The contempt application is wholly misconceived and is rejected.
