Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide Case No. 2504 of 2011, Nirmala Devi Vs. Rajrup and others within a stipulated period.
Submission is that only general dates are being fixed.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
