Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A. G. A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation pursuant to the F.I.R., dated 20.03.2018 lodged in Case Crime No.244 of 2018, under Sections 323, 342, 498A, 504 I. P. C. at Police Station New Agra, District Agra and the investigation was transferred from Agra to District Jalaun registered as Case Crime No. 621 of 2018 under Sections 323, 342, 498A, 504 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun.
From the perusal of the record it is revealed that the petitioner is an accused of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalaun who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured and shall supervise the investigation to ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
