JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Shri I.H. Farooqui, Assistant Solicitor General of India has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1, prays for and is allowed fortnight time to file counter affidavit to which rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week, if so desire.
He further submits that he will serve the copy of the counter affidavit to the counsel for the petitioner outside the Court.
List in the next month.
