This Petition coming on for preliminary hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-

2. Records perused.
3. In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner interalia assails the validity of the order dated 18.08.2014 passed by the Family Court, Bengaluru by which the petitioner has been directed to produce the child on every first Saturday once in two months to Mediation Centre, Bengaluru.
4. This petition is pending before this Court since 2014 in which no interim order has been passed. The proceeding under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act was initiated in the year 2013 and it appears by now the proceeding must have been decided. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance and submits that the proceedings before the Family Court has been disposed of.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
