|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 6
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3810 of 2019 Petitioner :- Nirendra Singh Respondent :- High Court Of Judicature At Allahabad And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- Manish Goyal,Ashish Mishra
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
None has appeared for the petitioner. Sri Ashish Mishra learned counsel for the respondents is present.
The Court is constrained to note that even on the last occasion, no one had appeared to press this petition.
This petition has questioned the results which were declared by the respondents in respect of the Uttar Pradesh Civil Court Staff Centralised Recruitment 2016. The allegation is that various candidates who were not domiciled in the State of U.P. were granted the benefits of reservation. Sri Mishra on instructions states that this allegation is patently incorrect since no person not domiciled in the State has been granted the benefits of reservation. According to Sri Mishra the candidates of whom reference is made in the writ petition were treated as general candidates since they were not domiciled in the State of U.P.
In view of the above, the Court finds no merit in the writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
