1. This is 18th application preferred by the applicant, an under trial prisoner to secure is temporary release on the ground of ailment of his wife and mother.

2. The attempt made by the applicant so far reveal under one or other pretext through his relatives he has preferred regular, temporary and other kind of applications and in absence of any genuine reason, this application is rejected.
