1. Rule.
Mr. M.G.Nanavati, learned APP appears and waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent-State.
2. The instant application is filed seeking extension of 30 days of temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 6.6.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7548/2012.
3. Heard Ms. K.U.mishra, learned counsel for he applicant and perused the medical certificate on record wherein it is stated that the operation of the wife of the applicant-accused is scheduled on 22/06/2012.
4. In above view of the matter and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the papers annexed with this application, the order dated 6.6.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application NO. 7548/2012 is further extended for 10 days from 19/06/2012 on the same terms and conditions and on the expiry of the said period, the applicant shall immediately surrender before the concerned jail authority.
5. Rule is partly made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct is permitted.
