Heard Sri Uttar Kumar Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.K. Saran, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime no.0149 of 2019, under sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C., police station Holagarh, District Prayagraj.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Prayagraj, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Prayagraj shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
