By order dated 5.9.2017 in Writ-C No. 40888 of 2017 filed by the applicant, this Court directed the concerned court to decide the proceedings pending before it, within six months without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the forum before which the proceedings were pending, had no Presiding Officer from 1.3.2017 upto April 2018 when a Presiding Officer came to be posted.
Having regard to the above fact, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant contempt application at this stage.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
