Learned Senior Advocate submits that the applicants are law abiding citizens and further trading in the product in question since many years by holding valid licence. It is further submitted that goods in question were purchased by issuing bills and necessary record is also available. It is, therefore, submitted that filing the FIR impugned qua the applicants is nothing but an abuse of process of law.

In view of the above, Rule.
